USA ACADEMY
The objective of this trip is to prepare your rider for the up and coming season/races. Not only advancing their riding technique but also physical training to become a faster, stronger, safer rider. With a 7 days a week program, living in the Mervyn Anstie Academy facility riders will learn to be disciplined and balance all areas with riding, physical training and educational school work.
Typical week’s program
Monday – Thursday
7.00am: physical training program. Full gym facility included at house. This will involve running, cycling, gym work…etc.
10.00am – 3.00pm – Riding improvement work at local track.
4.00pm – head back to facility. Bike prep and clean up. All workshop facilities included.
7.00pm /8.00pm - evening strength training.
Friday – bike preparation for weekend if local races.
Saturday/Sunday - local race, good test of week’s skills. There are many national championship races that you can compete in: National Winter Gold Cup/ Golden State series, there are many Qualifiers and warm – up races (which often allow you to compete in some of the major Nationals such as Loretta Lynn’s) to prepare your self for the up and coming season.

Every week will be structured and planed to provide a balance in all areas.

· Bathroom/washing/cooking facilities

· Transport to tracks
· 7 days a week training programme.
Extra costs:
· Track + Race fees
· Own bikes & their running costs
· Food costs will be split between everyone
· Further events and overnight stay or hotel will be an added cost
· Travel insurance
· Flight ticket
One thing to consider is once the trip is finished the dealers can buy back the bikes. Or you can leave the bikes at the facility so if you come again for a competition such as Loretta Lynns or any other major nationals. or simply training the bikes that are already here. You can also ship the bikes back.
For the whole family, it would probably be easier to get a hotel in the nearest city (we can help you). There is also some other activities at the facility such as: Gun Shooting, Horse Riding, and Hiking.
